The position experiences on to the Government Director of Mining and Mineral Processing.

The supervisor is accountable for all operations and immediately oversees a workforce of fourteen hourly workers who serve in varied roles together with operations, upkeep, high quality management, and administration.
The supervisor assigns duties, oversees day-to-day actions, ensures high quality and amount of manufacturing, and makes suggestions for enhancements.
The supervisor is accountable for everybody on the positioning together with hiring, promotion, termination, efficiency critiques, efficiency administration, scheduling, coaching, and implementing security protocols and firm insurance policies.
